It's funny how many people hate Elon Musk, and have realized that he is a massive fraudster and liar, but still believe his lies about BEVs.

Here's a hint: It's all a big lie. Including BEVs. They are a greenwashing scam and gimmicks to be sold to the rich. No different than hyperloop or whatever.

Also, it's worth noting that just because "environmentalists" believe in something, doesn't make it green. After all, those groups have spent decades blocking nuclear power, effectively making climate change a much harder problem to solve. We are seeing a repeat with hydrogen too. They are sabotaging yet another path to zero emissions. It's reasonable to wonder whether these groups are not in fact, secretly working for the fossil fuel industry.

One of many "U-turns" that will happen. Another reminder that BEVs are not a viable vehicle technology for most people. It is at best a niche, and certainly not a good idea outside small city cars. Many more will follow.

BEVs no longer all that exciting for the rich. Because they can no longer virtue signal by buying them. Sooner or later, the hype for BEVs, and the delusion that BEVs are somehow a solution to climate change, will die out.

All pure-play BEV companies are dying or are rapidly heading in that direction.

I keep on saying that this is not a viable business. BEVs are not the future and won't be anything but a tiny niche. It's entirely a false market created by subsidies, cheap loans and delusions by enthusiasts and investors. Things will inevitable come to an end.
