I think people over complicate skin care, but then again my skin isn’t fussy so I don’t know the struggle. I think SPF is the most important thing because UV is basically the biggest cause for wrinkles. So if you want to start simple, just a morning face moisturizer with SPF is great.

You may just have preconceived notions. I’m in a similar position and am trying not to expect this sort of behavior. However my plan is to maintain open and honest communication. If you feel resentment or animosity arising from someone, have a private meeting with them to discuss it. It’s a simple “hey I feel some resentment from you towards myself and/or other teams members and I wanted to clear the air and see if I did something to upset you?”. Usually simple, clear, concise beginnings are best. Get an understanding of why someone is acting a certain way then try to find a way to relate to their emotions. Then you can both try to come up with a way to relieve their resentment and tension between the crew members.
Another comment said “we’re all adults” but society breeds immaturity and people rarely know how to discuss their emotions so they bottle them and that can manifest as anger or passive aggression. Both of which prolong uneasy feelings for NO reason when a small discussion can usually make things better. Confrontation can be hard at first, but ultimately helps to release pressure from building up inside.
For this playthrough I’m going for Shane for the first time, and loving it! That character development 😍 Although this run I’ve been trying to befriend villagers more and Sebastian is starting to look appealing too....
I initially loved Shane my very first farm, but then once I married him, his room was disgusting and it probably smells really bad. I can’t just use him for the blue chickens and divorce him either. I’ll be his friend and help him through his difficult times, but won’t marry him again. I always make sure to give him peppers for gifts since they’re loved and don’t enable his drinking.
I really like Abigail! I feel like I’m rescuing her from Pierre lol. I like her adventurous spirit too. I generally marry a new person each play through and also have been considering Sebastian or Krobus!

That is absolutely what follows. I am doing MUCH better, I’ve had 2.5 years sober in the last 3 years because I thought I was “cured” and started “moderating” last summer. The stop drinking subreddit was amazing insight and help. It’s on lemmy but the only posts are the daily checkin. I should start being more active on it to boost it.

In my mind, Reddit seems to have enacted their version of martial law with the admins forcing mod teams’ hands. The company has lost site of the true spirit of the site. Absolutely yes on the scrub daddy. I didn’t even know there was a paradigm but I found some on sale somewhere so I got them and I couldn’t believe how well they hold up and how much suds they produce. I especially love how the scrubby part is harder with cold water and softer with hot water

I’ve experienced that as well with emails. I’ve gotten faster over the years because of the amount I’ve had to send but have definitely spent 30+ minutes writing some of them. I will write it and then read it out loud to myself to make sure it makes sense and, like you said, doesn’t sound rude or aggressive. Realistically, no matter how careful you are people still might misinterpret it. I’ve never been diagnosed or sought to be diagnosed with ADHD so it’s hard to say. I’m too stubborn to seek a diagnosis and try meds because it’s just one more thing for me to forget to do 😅
You just made me feel a lot better because I also have 700+ hours in Stardew! It’s such a relaxing game with the music and the calming environments and pretty colors.
Ah I love fishing but I can’t get myself to do anything but standard or four corners farms. Navigating the hilltop farm was annoying for me, I didn’t even finish a year. I worry the same will happen with the river farm.
