I just had an Ukranian in the enemy team who told us that their father died in the war.
All my team did was making fun of them and telling them that their father probably wanted to die to escape their child.
Also they said that they don't care about Ukraine.
This is beyond unacceptable and I'm deeply shocked and speechless, right now.
Honestly this makes me so damn angry.
Not only because I was personally attacked, but because the sole reason these people type in chat, is making others feel miserable.
This behavior is just intolerable.
As a community we need to be better and call each other out, if we misbehave.
Be better than this.
Pull each other up instead of bringing others down.

For context:
I was going 16/18/10 or something on Reyna in a unrated and I just congratulated them on the ace they pulled off.
I haven't typed anything in chat and they were AFK a couple of rounds before.
Therefore I was kinda happy they were back and going strong.
After that my joy died for obvious reasons.

Ngl, sometimes the "Sea of Thieves" community sucks pure and utter ass.
I get that it's a pirate game and part of the experience is pvp and robbing and killing each other.
BUT chasing an empty ship across the whole map, just to make others feel miserable and destroy their experience, goes too far, imo.
Those are the exact people who were whining about the implementation of the "Safer Seas" feature, complaining there would be less players in the open seas, then.
I finished #Firewatch. I was right the last time: it took only about 20 more minutes to see the credits roll.
Sadly, that also only left me with the big reveal. I'm...maybe disappointed? I don't know. Everything resolves nicely, but I can't help but think that playing the whole thing in one or two longer sittings would have made it hit harder.
I basically ended the game the last time with one big puzzle piece and found the smaller second piece today. 😕 #ShareYourGames

Even if the end left me a bit disappointed.
I don't know what I expected, but I somehow expected more than what happened.
I'm very much looking forward to "In the Valley of Gods" 👀

As you already know, the 'The Crew' servers will be shut down at the end of the month.
And as I've posted before, I really care about this game and I wanna be there when it gets shut down.
BUT:
I'm not gonna be home that weekend.
It's not clear to me, if the game will shut down on the 30th or the 31st (Article says 31st, client says 30th).
I don't know if Amazon Luna will keep the game until the very end.
Update:
Amazon Luna disabled the game, yesterday.
It was still available after midnight, natively, though.
I'm home now, let's see when it goes offline 👀
Fun fact:
If I wouldn't have been unemployed mid 2020, I would not have made it through the first two battle passes of Valorant.
That's how hard they were to complete, at the time.
I still think that needing more XP per level is a shitty concept that feels too rewarding early in the pass, while it makes the last levels feel like a part-time-job.
On a more positive note regarding Ubisoft, I gotta say that the new Rainbow Six Siege update is a lot of fun gameplay wise and even runs smoother than ever before.
I know I tend to be mean to them, lately.
But that's only cuz I really care about their franchises and seeing them treat them like that hurts big time.
Also the lack of communication always leaves me clueless as a player.
I want to be able to plan my budget and my schedule properly and Ubisoft really tends to make that particularly hard, ngl.
