As a rider myself, yeah, pretty much. The board can and will just shut tf off mid ride if you’re pushing it too hard speed wise (or a few other conditions, like foot placement)

Edit: actually the first time I ate shit on my OneWheel, it had 30% battery and I was carrying groceries back home and my front foot was ever so slightly off of the sensors. I was going about 12mph when Virgil (my boards named after the super hero static shock) just said fuck it and shut down. Fucked my shit up.
