It's time for a new and my third run of Mass Effect Andromeda. The more I play, the better my Ryder looks. It's easy for me to choose professional over casual (since casual is too sarcastic), but whenever I try to be logical, I end up switching back to being emotional before I even land on Eos!

This game didn't deserve the hate it got, and I certainly didn't deserve to be harassed on the Facebook page for expressing my enjoyment!

@hush404 Jump jets were fun to use and the only novel I read was the one regarding the Quarian ark.

@hush404 For sure, I had problems on my first run but now it works great. Stupid bandwagon hate.

I love the story of the angara and their lore. I only eish we got to learn more about them, the Remnant and their creatorsthe Jaardan.

@ZombieGopher Thanks, though I didn't do much. I picked one of the presets, changed the hair and eyes, and added some extras like that scar.

I think people set their expectations too high for this game and while it doesn't beat the original trilogy itis still a great game on its own. 😊

@mosu Combat was super fun, and while the story has some exciting moments, it is quite short if you remove all of the side quests. I really hoped it could start a new Mass Effect trilogy. There's so much we don't know about the Angara, Remnant, the kett, and the Jardaan.

Hell, I still remember seeing the Archon's second on command, Primus at the end, like she was about to lot revenge, and we'll never get to see it now. 😟

@apzpins Well, it depends on how you make Ryder. The NPCs some I liked, even loved, and others were just meh. The only romance option for me is Jaal.

Bugs, on the other hand, the game was rushed clearly when it was out, but so far, I think they've been fixed.

This is just me but I managed to find enjoyment out of plenty of quests because there was more emphasis on exploration and minding the environmental hazards whereas as great as the original trilogy was, it was quite linear.

Finally I can drill those big deposits of minerals with my prawn suit, the trouble afterward is what to do what all of it. I need to build some more lockers.

@transigence I've been mostly using wall lockers and should probably build some more, maybe one in every room! Haven't done a lot of building lately, now I'm exploring more.

@transigence I always do and I have a perimeter defense system to keep monsters away. I just built a Cyclops so I think its time I go to explore a little further North.

Just for fun I have scanned a few of those monsters, including Reaper and Ghost Leviathan!

Yesterday I took third break in the cafeteria and for once, instead of playing sports and news, was on the TV. I wish more restaurants and bars did that once in a while.

So I realized that I wasn't getting much enjoyment out of anymore, like if I was in a dungeon and died, I would have to fast travel to the closest rift and still sometimes have to walk quite far to get back to where I left off and I eventually got tired of this.

Despite stating that this took away my enjoyment of the game prompting me to leave a negative review on people seem to find it funny for some reason. What? I couldn't finish the game!

Funny moment in yesterday. I was looking for schematics for the Cyclops and found one in the crash zone. As I was scanning it, I heard a Reaper Leviathan coming. Just as I finished, the Reaper was right there and grabbed my Seamoth, shaking it around before I could get back inside it!

Once it let go, I quickly got to the shallows to fix it up. I've been attacked by Reapers before. One even from behind even with my perimeter defense system active, but this was hilarious.
