I am sick of this attitude people have, not all just a lot ... Like grow the f up !

A customer called me for an update on his restoration, and he gave me his name. I searched my database, nothing under that name, never in over 30 years ... I asked for a job receipt number "you never gave me one!" ... I asked if he might have left it under a different name, that was like lighting a fuse with him ... He started to abuse me and threatened me with legal action and hung up ... not 2 minutes later his wife called and So I asked her name ... Typed it in when she was ranting at me ... I said "hang on one second" ... I found your clock it was left under your name, I'm assuming that's your maiden name ? not your husband's name. ... I suggested it would be nice to get an apology from you and your husband ... That lit the fuse on her, and she went BANG at me ... I am really hating retail these days

This world needs a chill pill ... Hugz

Left-wing economists know this and have been saying it for ages. There are two possible conclusions:

a) Bailey is an idiot
b) Bailey knows this won't work but is doing it to be seen to be doing something, even if it hits a lot of people hard
