“Consumption of milk per capita has gone down every year over the last 30 years,” says Sylvain Charlebois, director of the Agri-Food Analytics Lab at Dalhousie University. “Actually, it’s gone down by more than 20 per cent since 2015.”...
So I’ve realized that in conversations I’ll use traditional terms for men as general terms for all genders, both singularly and for groups. I always mean it well, but I’ve been thinking that it’s not as inclusive to women/trans people....
Studies have been done about this phenomenon where under stress the mind “sees” something that is not there. It is essentially projecting what it fears most. In the case of police, they lack training and conditioning to help them see reality. Many special forces such as Army Rangers train for this so that they don’t shoot a civilian holding a harmless object. It is shameful how under trained cops are.

I don’t know how it is in Canada but in the US I have been able to call my bank and have the charges reversed. They simply ask “did you attempt to cancel?” And I say “yes, on this date” and they block all future charges and reverse any charges after the date I attempted to cancel.

And this is why we don’t allow our kids to participate in sleep overs.
Edit: Downvote all you want, sleepovers are weird and too risky.
Edit 2: Ok I wasn’t going to include this context but since you are all so ignorant I feel the need to. My son went on a sleep over when he was 14 and ended up getting molested. So for the rest of my kids (yes they are teen girls), there is a zero sleep over policy.
I see posts talking about good BIFL items but I don’t hear much about the other side of products that are bad or products you bought but don’t even use.
I had the same experience and ended up donating it to a friend. What I found that was actually comfortable is a $1,400 office chair that I got a good deal on.
I have one of these. It is literally the initial setup screen and it needs internet because all of the workouts are online and many are live. If you don’t want to use it for workouts just turn it off or ignore the message and it will go back to being a mirror in a few minutes.
This “mirror” is actually a big screen. What the reflection is for is so that you observe yourself performing actions, like you would do at the gym. What the screen is for is essentially your own personal trainer in your home. There are thousands of classes/sessions available for various exercises. It does have a web cam as well so you can have an actual personal trainer correct your form, but I have never used that part of it. Honestly it is pretty good, just priced too high for the monthly fees ($45).
Well I have primarily owned Radeon cards for my desktops and a few months ago switched to an Nvidia card. I will probably never go back to AMD for GPUs. Nvidia just makes better cards and the drivers are painless to deal with. With AMD it seemed like every driver update broke something or caused random crashes.
