It’s almost like any new technology starts out with problems that get solved through time, money, and resources.

They’re two completely separate organizations with different goals. Girl Scouts is centered almost entirely around getting the girls to sell cookies, cause yay free child labor.

I think most humans aren’t like that, it’s just that the ones that are have managed to structure society to reward their behavior. We need to get these vile, greed driven ghouls, out of positions of power to get anywhere.

I understand wanting to share pictures of your trip and stuff, but if it’s such a compulsive need you wouldn’t be able to not do it, you’ve got issues.

I used to be so excited for self driving cars, but my naive younger self assumed they’d actually make sure they’re safe before putting them on public roads.

Fr, Nintendo isn’t going to get any more money out of people not using Nintendo addons. Instead they basically lose free advertising and make people dislike them even more. Shooting themselves in the foot again.

Why the fuck would anyone ever agree to this?

If Valve does ever make HL3, it’s going to have to be ground breaking. Every Half Life game redefines what gaming is capable of. Eg HL: Alyx was an insane demonstration of what VR can do. I do think it’ll happen eventually, and may even partially be in development right now. But I don’t think we’ll hear anything about it for a very long time.

My personal rule is to never assume someone isn’t handicapped when in a disabled seat or parking etc. Disability comes in many forms, often invisible.

Alas, modern corporations are a fucking mad house, where sometimes not even the most profitable solution gets chosen cause ‘risk’ or whatever.

I’m guessing a non-compete doesn’t count if they fire you or ‘let you go’. Cause if they didn’t want you working for someone else, they shouldn’t have gotten rid of you.
