They’re a threat because they’ve always been both bellicose and nuclear armed. It’s infuriating. Between warmongering and nuclear or horribly unstable and nuclear, I’m not sure if I’d rather have Russia or Pakistan.

Telodzrum,

Like hell it was. It was a provincial backwater without culture or industry. The revolution didn’t succeed because the country was well managed or capable. It was because it was rotting from within and couldn’t even hold the Eastern Front with massive strategic advantages.

Telodzrum,

Yeah but it also smells like Gary, Indiana.

Telodzrum,

Dude, chiggers are the worst. Those bites can itch for a couple weeks.

Telodzrum,

TBH the sample is less concerning than the experimental design, and by a lot.

Telodzrum,

SteamOS, which is what is on the Deck, used to be Debian-based. The creation of the Deck led to an environment where a rolling distro was a better choice.

Telodzrum,

It generally doesn’t. You can create a trust for non-persons, but there are a bunch rules about hours it can be estudiante, how long it can exist, etc.

Telodzrum,

100% right

However, it is absolutely the answer for needs like those Dropbox, Google Drive, Nextcloud, etc. were designed to address.

Telodzrum,

I don’t know how good this is, so I’ll say it’s bad.

Telodzrum,

Sure, but Microsoft has favorable ESG reporting. Your move Nix.

Telodzrum,

They’ve been keen on trying; they’re just trash on execution.

Telodzrum,

Murder doesn’t require premeditation. That’s a specific kind of murder.

Telodzrum,

MURDER
Murder is when one human being unlawfully kills another human being. See Homicide. The precise legal definition of murder varies by jurisdiction. Most states distinguish between different degrees of murder. Some other states base their murder laws on the Model Penal Code. Contents:

    Overview
    Background: Common Law Murder

At common law, murder was defined as killing another human being with malice aforethought. Malice aforethought is a legal term of art, that encompasses the following types of murder:

  1. “Intent-to-kill murder”
  2. “Grievous-bodily-harm murder” - Killing someone in an attack intended to cause them grievous bodily harm. For example, if the defendant fatally stabbed the victim, even if the defendant only intended to wound the victim, the defendant would still be liable for murder.
  3. “Felony-murder” - Killing someone while in the process of committing a felony. Note that at common law, there were few felonies, and all carried the death penalty. For example, at common law, robbery was a felony. So if a robber accidentally killed someone during a robbery, the robber could be executed.
  4. “Depraved heart murder” - Killing someone in a way that demonstrates a callous disregard for the value of human life. For example, if a person intentionally fires a gun into a crowded room, and someone dies, the person could be convicted of depraved heart murder.

And that’s just the Cornell Law School page. It’s actually much more complex than what’s linked above. You’re out of your element, son.

Telodzrum,

XP SP2 is what everyone remembers, too. It wasn’t very good at release and a lot of people stayed on 2000.

Telodzrum,

It has a really bad release. A few patches in, it turned into a good enough game. It’s still nowhere near as good as the heyday of Fallout with 2 and Tactics, but it’s a good enough game.

Telodzrum,

It’s not even just that, humans a incredibly predictable and that predictability is able to be microtargeted based on trends and past activity of an individual.

Telodzrum,

You just described a pattern, though.

Telodzrum,

No one missed the point. The fact of the matter is the three properties I mentioned drew upon traditions, stories, and storytelling methods outside of the Star Wars franchise. The fact that the produced a result far beyond their peers in the catalog is evidence of the actual artistry in their creation, not the point itself.

Telodzrum,

I’ll step aside for a longer answer on this one. But, I can say that for my usecase (which is mainly gaming on my home PC on an all AMD build with KDE on Arch) it is noticeably and measurably faster than X11. We’re talking 2-15 (the median is around 4 or 5) FPS depending on the game on 144hz screens.
