Basic human functions: “normal” (except for the maid cleaning their skid marks off the bowl, the million thread count pillowcase).
Almost anything else: distinctly unique. When he gets sad or injured, his care’s different. When he fights with his wife, their opportunities for mediation are different. His most basic human needs can be met lavishly. He is capable of having needs we can only dream of.
The fact a billionaire poops is kinda the least interesting or perhaps relevant thing I can think of, but maybe I’m missing a part of the perspective.
I seem to recall we were saying “adult film star“ or “adult film actress“ and now the verbiage has shifted. If I’m right, then maybe it’s an attempt to destigmatize?
(“Porn” should also be more accurate given the number of adult films which are not pornographic)
It stood out to me because I happened to hear one of the talking heads refer to her as a porn star - but the guy was definitely left of center and was overall bashing the twice-impeached president. So I thought oh maybe we’re trynna normalize porn star as a phrase!
I face away or even walk away from crosswalks as needed. Entirely abates intentions to give pedestrians the right of way when there’s apparently no intention to cross in the first place.
Go so far as to time my approaches to intersections accordingly. Can’t say the strategy has ever failed - even the Mother Teresa of driving isn’t going to wave somebody who pretty much isn’t there. (YMMV, somewhat density & volume dependent.)
Something odd, late night host Stephen Colbert will say “[ex-president’s last name] Truthed [some post]”. He wouldn’t even say the last name for a while, and would censor it Tr*mp when written on screen. So I’m surprised he uses the branded form of “post” (“Truth”).
