Now that jack has seemingly ditched bluesky in favor of the bird site I'm half tempted to start cross posting my stuff there. Not 100% sure yet though.
The vibe was very Twitter ca 2019-2021 last time I dropped in. In hindsight that vibe was pretty hostile in a way I didn't notice until moving over here.
I said "turbofucked" in the car about something and my 13 year old was like "TURBOfucked?? haha TURBOFUCKED" and I was like "well yeah, it's an archaic form but useful for really denoting a severe issue"
This weekend I'll be livestreaming all of my work for the Toronto Game Jam. Starting on Friday morning (May 10th) I'll make a fun small game over three days.
Misskey Russian Roulette means I pretty much can't browse pics in public. (first world problems I know) Sometimes the "sensitive content" is food or other innocuous stuff. Sometimes it's very NSFW indeed.
Waaaay back when, I saw a bunch of My Little Pony reaction images. That led me to watching Friendship is Magic (the first few seasons anyway) and it was so much better than I was expecting out of a show made to sell toys.
Lately I've been seeing Pomni everywhere so I looked up the source... I was supposed to go to bed an hour ago. I've now binged most of The Amazing Digital Circus and it's so good. Can't wait for episode 3
Good productive day today. Fixed up my mailbox and also got the kitchen faucet mount fixed up nicely too.
Hopefully the faucet fix lasts since the issue was the underlying (particle board) counter was disintegrating due to water damage. I sealed things up as part of the fix so hopefully it lasts until we get the budget together to renovate the room entirely.
