I recently asked a friend with an EV if range anxiety is still an issue. His response is that solvency anxiety is a bigger issue. He raised Fisker and Lucid as two examples of companies that might expire before your car does.

Tesla now gives similar vibes.

As someone who teaches an EDA-adjacent class, it’s wild how data science education gets away with hand-waving “data cleaning is context dependent” and that’s where conversation stops.

Yes, that is all so promising and we all owe you all for the efforts. I wish we could get to a point where the big funders (and there are many) recognize the need to put this whole project on steroids. With the stakes so high, we shouldn’t be talking about thousands, but rather, millions. And the money is out there. We have to somehow tell it the right story.
