crackgammon,

Is this gonna be like that Raelian clone baby?

crackgammon,

Also they sent a couple of official internal memos telling their soldiers to plz not genocide (lost among the flurry of not-to-be-taken-seriously official calls for genocide) so that proves they’re totally not genociding. Also, something something this court has no authority.

Checkmate.

crackgammon,

But your honor! My highly convenient claim makes it so that I MUST kill children. Surely you agree?!

crackgammon,

The main worry here is that Bernie only seems to (openly) support 20 of the 100 total confirmed gecs. And that’s not even beginning to factor in the purported existence of up to 10,000 gecs, as some researchers have claimed.

crackgammon,

The slightest bit of tension, but not enough to permanently bend it. It bulges out maybe a couple of millimeters when closed and screwed on. Just didn’t know if the drive would suffer because I have no idea how well they tolerate pressure. But good to hear, thanks, that puts my mind at ease!

crackgammon,

It’s full. I think I’ll just go with this setup until I eventually replace it with an ssd. Was cheap and I needed a bunch of capacity for and easy access to audio and video files that I’ll keep backed up elsewhere anyway. Might put in a pad like another commenter suggested, or just keep the top screw of the panel undone. Was mainly worried I was being a huge dumbass but seems like things will work out well enough

crackgammon,

I feel really happy for the people who will enjoy this, but if I have to be honest my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined

crackgammon,

I dunno, the Fiona and Cake episodes just never resonated with me. I watched them the first time around but after that they were insta-skips. But like I said, I’m happy for the people who are excited because the world is one of the best ever and more adventures there are a good thing. I’ll give it a go for sure and hope to be pleasantly surprised

crackgammon,

Oh wow you exposed my stupidity! Thank you so much.

crackgammon,

There’s been a bit of a global jpeg shortage lately since most jpegs are grown in the Mokri Yaly River Valley in Ukraine. I don’t see how we could realistically expect full jpeg until 2025 at the earliest if I’m being honest

[BETA] Connect 1.0.96 Released

Hi, happy Thursday everyone. Just a small release which brings an option for per-account settings, settings now auto-save (no more ‘save’ button), and an option for turning off volume button comment navigation. and a minor bug fix. Going to be testing it a bit and then hopefully it will be live later today....

crackgammon,

Love how quick you are to fix things and how far the app has come since I got it two weeks ago! Amazing. I’ll make sure to throw you some support once payday rolls round!

That said, I don’t love the way the comment icon has been lately. The button to post a comment and the one that takes you to the comment section of a post are too close to each other. It was perfect before it changed, right now it makes going to comments something that fails every two or three times which is kinda annoying.

Also, I’ve posted this before but my two main gripes are the way the back button takes you app the way back to the comments, instead of retracing your website steps, and the fact that when you return to the comments they’ve all reset so you have no idea where you were. I would love to see these fixed!

Now to round out the compliment sandwich: thanks so much for the link pop up that’s now there and tells you where you’re headed. So good.

crackgammon,

Connect seems to be trending in the direction of RiF, it gets closer with every update. Love it.

crackgammon,

Don’t all three of those points apply to humans?

crackgammon,

Mildly interesting was literally just ads. “My Cheerios™ box contained even more Cheerios™ than it was supposed to!”

crackgammon,

Absolutely agree with you. It’s in theory no different to a child learning from what they’re exposed to in the world around them. But I guess the true desire from some would be to get royalty payments every time a brain made use of their “intellectual property” so I don’t think this argument would necessarily convince.
