People who see this and ding the restaurant for an "unprofessional response" need to think long and hard about why they expect people in the service industry to act like punching bags.

No. Really. Dig deep. What makes you feel that people in service industries are obligated to take all of your bullshit with a smile and a "we'll do better"? And why do you feel so strongly about it that you need to tell them so? Maybe think about that.

As an Italian-American, the movies have led me to believe that I should have the ability to estimate the value of a stack of mixed bills by briefly holding it in my palm and judging whether it “feels a little light.“
