Can someone help me understand how this would be considered efficient if the closer to the speed of light that you get, the slower time moves for those at that speed? Wouldn’t that mean a loss of time for the travelers because everyone else would be moving along the timeline faster than them?

Pretty sure OP was not referring to those pseudo-science nut jobs.

I, for one, do not understand a lot of things and will (in good faith) question scientific principles to help better my understanding of things. I hope that does not label me as a belly-button-thumb-poker-gay-frogs-vaccine-shedding complainer.

Pretty sure questioning his health is vitally important, especially given his competition:

  • Hole in brain from either a tumor a parasite (sounds like they’re not sure)
  • history of long- and short-term memory problems
  • neurological disorder affecting his speech
  • unwillingness to disclose medical records
  • an “irregular heartbeat caused by a common heart abnormality that can cause strokes”…

How is he any better than the other two?

I, for one, was diagnosed several years ago with Celiac’s. I had the upper endoscopy and everything to prove it. It wasn’t until about a month ago that I started getting the food poisoning-like vomiting and excruciating abdominal pain when accidentally having gluten. Before then, it was only ever diarrhea as the worst outcome.

Nobody warned me it could get this bad. So I was careless with my approach to being gluten free. But now that I know how severe it really is, I will definitely be more attentive going forward.

I imagine the vomiting is the body’s way to purge the “poison” in my stomach, and prevents it from getting into my digestive system.

Their numbers are declining, which means revenue is declining. So the more inclusive they become, the more money they can make. It’s been an ongoing issue even before COVID hit (which hurt a lot of troops and packs).

I can’t speak to the Mormon exodus. That was before my time. But yes, they’ve gone through a lot of reforms from what I’ve heard from the long-timers; and from all of the training (e.g., YPT, two-deep leadership, etc) I had to do.

BSA has everything to do with religion. It’s a part of their oath, and advancement requirements (duty to God).

There is (was?) a local school board chair with the last name of Rape. Apparently he was petitioned (unsuccessfully) to be removed from his duties years before becoming the chair due to racial comments. I’m honestly not surprised anymore.
