Here is a little preview of two new screensaver related preferences in the upcoming version of @jellyfin for . With these you can control which items are showcased in your living room based on their age rating.

@mforester @jellyfin you can set parental controls per user already. Some images like the generated thumbnails for libraries are not configurable right now and they could potentially include graphics that the user doesn't have access to. This would need to be changed on the server though, unrelated to the app.

I've shared a lot of exciting news about Jellyfin 10.9. Today is a bit different as this announcement affects all Jellyfin versions:

The @jellyfin app is now available on all WebOS versions, for everyone! No more sideloading, just open up the LG Content Store and install !

The long awaited 10.9 release for @jellyfin is slowly seeing the light of day. And it will be our biggest release ever! Not because we intended it that way, but because of the numerous hurdles we had to overcome. From now on, our goal is to have multiple releases per year going forward.

In anticipation of 10.9, I'll be posting about some of the exciting changes for the next few weeks.

I've just published the roadmap project for the Jellyfin Android TV app! It will slowly get bigger over time while I figure out how exactly I want it to be organized.

The priority for now is to keep working on better video support though!

Even though the 0.16 release of @jellyfin for Android TV is the most stable yet. A few bugs slipped through. So we fixed them in 0.16.1!
