horsey,

connection: I thought she mentioned a kite or something

horsey,

Great! Time to repeat some more republican talking points and post negative articles about Biden.

horsey,

only 22 states + Washington DC, compared to Trumps 28 states.

Republicans are generally convinced that empty land votes. It’s absurd enough that we have to live with the Senate where 800,000 people in Wyoming or North Dakota get the same voting power as 40 million in California.

horsey,

Again, talking massive shit about progressive politicians and never one word about Republicans. So curious.

horsey,

Someone deciding to go work for Tesla at this point would have to be desperate.

horsey,

That’s true. Depends whether Tesla ends up infamous in the near future, I suppose. At the least, they could get some good connections.

horsey,

“A bad feeling”, but you say you hate Biden and constantly post negative articles about him while never saying shit about Trump? I see.

horsey,

That’s fine, you can dislike Biden all you want. Spending tons of effort to discourage people from voting for Biden has the same effect as supporting Trump, though, which is the entire point. So, great job helping Trump out.

horsey,

Also, that’s very appropriate - Peter griffin is well known as an intellectual luminary.

horsey,

Do you have any original thoughts or can you only communicate with stupid, easily discarded memes that someone else made?

Third parties don’t work in the US first past the post system. To support that, agitate for comprehensive, nationwide election reform. Otherwise, you’re getting the candidate you theorretically dislike more elected and are an idiot.

Anyway, just weird how I never hear anything from the ‘OMG I’m so leftist crowd’ about being concerned about Trump winning, and the Republican’s plans for the country. Never. Nothing. Just “JOR BIDEN SO BAD OHMERGERD” over and over. If you don’t comprehend you’re helping Trump, you are either naive, very stupid, or disingenuous.

horsey,

The connection is the word ‘smack’.

horsey,

I think conservatives freak out any time they learn basically anything.

horsey,

I’m not talking specifically about this issue or what was said in this article.

horsey,

It was a general statement. Not sure why that’s difficult to discern.

horsey,

I hated when Instagram started emphasizing videos and then stories and I guess now it’s “reels”. I was on there to have a photography gallery. I also wasn’t there to watch other peoples’ videos. It’s all gotten even worse with the current TikTok video culture. It also annoys me when I’m looking to learn to do something, like say, change a battery in a car where it’s complex, and the only info available is in YouTube videos. I also never got learning to program from watching a video. I’d much rather just read the information.

horsey,

I had a fairly large yard backing up on forest on three sides in the back, two in the front. I decided at some point that mowing was just stupid and gave up on it. I was thrilled with what happened in the back - it was just like this. Flowers started growing, including some I’d never seen before there or since. Birds came and started nesting in the middle of the long grass. The front, I gave in and mowed it a few times.

I lived across the street from this retired military guy who literally mowed his lawn every single day, riding mower on like half an acre. You couldn’t even tell the difference between where he had mowed and where he hadn’t gotten to yet. This guy had a bumper sticker “Never seen a FLAG burned at a GUN SHOW!!”, whatever that meant. They invited me over to their backyard a time or two where they drank Busch Lite and grilled hot dogs over old furniture (seriously). Nice, but well, hmm. Anyway, he drove his mower over and mowed my front yard a time or two when I was out of town.

horsey,

Well great, this justifies jizzing in my garden.

horsey,

There’s the trend of restaurants having “mocktails”, which is cool, but they often charge for them based on their price for alcoholic beverages. I don’t really want a special lemonade for $14.

horsey,

There is no realistic path for a third party candidate to be elected. Period.

horsey,

Does that sound like a lot to you or something?
