I am being proactive and putting together an anxiety managing/soothing pack. These don't need to be physical things. They can include things to do, to listen to, activities etc.

Do you have any recommendations/ideas?

NB: I cannot take anxiety meds because they trigger a problematic side effect for me.

My new pills seem to be making my anxiety worse instead of better, but they haven't killed my libido like Sertraline did.

The upshot of this is that I'm simultaneously climbing the walls with panic and literally quivering with horn. Quite the combo.

I'm struggling. It feels like a permanent state at the moment. I used to feel like I belonged to a degree. Now I feel like someone on the edge. I love the likes that my work gets but the lack of dialogue / comments / interaction hurts and I'm reducing who I am by a little every day. My voice is a whisper.
