It's really important to prioritize browser preferences when it comes to dark and light mode, even if your website offers toggles.

I have this condition that messed up my nervous system and makes me really sensitive to sudden light changes. It really sucks when I go into a website and it doesn't respect my settings, it gives me some very bad migraines.

Seriously, web web devs, following user preferences is accessibility too.
