A bunch of countries have been removed:

If you already have a GRC from either route, there's no change, and your fine.
If you make an application from the overseas route from countries that are being removed before the SI comes into effect you should be fine.

I've got a estrogen blood test in two weeks and I have a spare private one that will go to waste if I don't use it soon.

Wondering what idea to try and do with it.
Do I see what levels I get if I leave a 4 day patch on all week (with a second patch at the normal switch over)?
Do I do a blood test on 2nd day as well as 3rd
Do I try a different location for a few weeks to see how much it matters?
Any suggestions?

    An appeal will probably happen either way.

    @Terra even after two decades sometimes that little voice emerges, and yeah what does it matter at the end of the day.

    And yeah things work so much better on estrogen for me.

    It's joked that the most trans thing is not being convinced your trans.

    NHS England is planning to stop doctors prescribing puberty blockers to trans children and youth – a de facto national ban on PBs for under-18s, except for a handful of long-term research participants and those whose parents are willing and able to pursue private options (a “loophole” which I expect will then be closed off in due course)
