Something to keep in mind when you're thinking about pricing. Your earnings go down every year due to inflation.

If you priced your app $10 in 2020, that's equivalent to $8.84 in 2023 — inflation will remain high next year, 3.5% is conservative.

@kepano Also keep in mind that while you earn less every year because of inflation and you don’t raise the price other services you rely on might have, like infrastructure or marketing. So you make even less since expenses have increased as well.

I'm kinda excited for the fact that USB-C on iPhones means we can output video from it much easier now. At a hotel with a TV but no AirPlay? Easy!

I wonder with the MagSafe battery pack being discontinued if that's a temporary thing since the new iPhones support Qi2? Maybe Apple waits a bit and releases a new USB-C plus Qi2 battery pack? Otherwise I guess the existing Anker one is the play

I couldn't find a direct way on apple.com to do a full comparison for what's new in the Apple Watch Ultra 2, so I pulled all the specs from https://www.apple.com/watch/compare/ and did my own. The four new things look to be 3000 nits, the S9, double tap gesture & 64GB capacity.

Unless Apple announce a new iPhone mini (which they won’t), I will not be getting an iPhone this year.

I’m excited to see the new Apple Watch though but the excitement has been significantly reduced by the rumors of a major refresh next year.

Nonetheless, I’m curious to see what Apple have got in store for us today.

@simonbs I was team Mini for quite some time and went for the 14 Pro last year. Really got into photography and videography because of my bike trips (bike packing with a gravel bike). So probably going for the 15 Pro Max and my lucky gf gets the 14. Quite the upgrade for her coming from an SE 🚀 You holding out for another small phone? Like the next SE?

And probably sticking to my Ultra for another year.

@marcel Does it get more “interesting” down the road? Currently watching episode two of season one and it’s kinda boring(?) and slow. Reminds me of “The Expanse” (loved the books and tv show) but at the pace of Andor (gets pretty good in the second half of the season). Haven’t read any of the books of the Foundation series (yet).
