@ukuku @Adam_Cadmon1 West Virginia just passed some economic bill of rights it sounds fantastic I just don’t know how they plan to implement it in reality. But I was delighted to hear that somebody is trying. It includes the right to Housing.

@halcionandon @mecfs @chronicpain @chronicillness @longcovid @neisvoid I take LDN and oxycodone but it’s only because my LDN dose is only 0.5 mg. One day I accidentally took two capsules because I forgot I had already taken it, and I gave myself oxy withdrawals. It was fine, I just took a half a pill and took a nap and woke up ok.

I don’t have an answer as to how many days you should be off of them, but if you wait at least a day after it’s totally out of your system, and then dump out half of the LDN before you take it, I would bet you would be OK.

i’ve had to go to the emergency room and get IV Dilaudid on top of my regular oxycodone dose, I didn’t take the LDN the next day because I was afraid, but I took it the day after and I was fine.

@halcionandon @mecfs @chronicpain @chronicillness @longcovid @neisvoid oh and as far as starting, I take mine in the morning so I didn’t have any weird dreams or insomnia. It actually helped me stay asleep through the whole night, and it worked on the first day. The next day when I woke up and it was 9 AM I cried and cried because I was so used to waking up at four or 5 AM. I was so grateful.

You should be prepared for diarrhea if you’ve been taking opiates. Some people get the diarrhea anyway. Mine lasted exactly 7 days and it was just in the morning. On the eighth day it stopped.

@NilaJones @grrrr_shark i’m seriously living for this day. On top of the regular inconvenience of it all, it will also trigger abdominal migraines for me that make me vomit uncontrollably. I have to plan my life around when I think I’m going to start bleeding just because that might also mean vomiting and crying.
