We had brief power outage and I was weirdly excited because I got to test out the V2L feature from our Ioniq5 EV 😎

💡 V2L: vehicle-to-load, it lets you draw electricity from the EV's battery, without needing to start the vehicle.

I bought the adapter a year ago but didn't have any reason to use it. Now that I know it works, I'm gonna keep it in the frunk for whatever emergency reasons.

@hornblower @slab_bulkhead The V2L adapter looks like the EV charger that is plugged to the car.
At the end of the V2L adapter is like an extension cord, with a power strip: it has 2 power outlets, 1 USB, and 1 USB-C port.

I plug the adapter to the car, and my phone charger to one of those outlets.

I walk with a cane in airports and I'm contemplating getting new underseat spinner style luggage for our next trip so I can put my kid's backpack on it and not have my arm holding up as much weight and I was with my 2-wheeled one.

Before I get completely mired in review sites, anyone got luggage experience they'd be willing to share? I'd particularly love to hear from other travelers with mobility issues.

Boosts appreciated!

@terri I bought mine from Walmart (10 years ago) and Target (7 years ago). Nothing fancy but they both work great and sturdy. I have the hardshell spinner style.

While I'm still inspired after I'm doing stuff. Are there any good guides on how to contribute to stdlib? Maybe itself?
