#Parkrun 25 completed at #GreatSalterns in #Portsmouth this morning. First non-stop #5k for over three months.

Plus the added bonus of a decent time at 29:30 (I was just chuffed to finish with an intact achilles, to be honest).

Onwards and upwards. And hurrah!

Pulled out of the #GreatSalterns #ParkRun after 400m with a niggling ankle #Injury that felt like it was only going to get worse.

Did an impromptu bit of #Marshaling instead, confusing some of the runners who passed me for the first time on their second lap. 😄
