Were there any 8-bit era computers that had a 3.5" floppy? They probably would have run CP/M. I do have an apple IIC+, but I also would like some sort of Z80 machine.
TL;DR It was an old Wang system, 286 processor(I think, anyway), with no hard drive, a 5.25" floppy drive, and a lovely green monochrome monitor. I didn’t have it long enough to reach the point where I could have identified the actual hardware/specs....
You have heard the story “I have moved to Linux (arch btw).”, well… this is also my story. Anyways I have problems with my headset’s virtual surround. I realized that almost all of the drivers are just simply not working on Linux, but also that there are a bunch of alternatives. I have a HyperX cloud 2 (it was cheap),...
I don’t have any experience with virtual surround, but I do have a potential alternative if you don’t get it figured out.
If the games you play have a headphone mode, try it. That typically gets a pretty good virtual surround effect. As for improving sound quality, check out the AutoEQ project on GitHub. I got some cheap $20 Monoprice headphones that sound like they’re $150 or better when using the correct profile from AutoEQ.
Here in the South the store brands are coming from the same processor as the ones that cost 3x. Check the codes by the date that are used for traceability.

Because I can attend/Linux Google Meet with Bluetooth Headphone over a 2.4Ghz WiFi, on Linux I can't. It cuts down internet speed by 95% or even compleltly
I've been using Linux approx 2 yrs for Web Development. I really like it. The OS is superb. I can't ever go back to Windows for development. After a lot of googling, searching, trying I came to the conclusion that both Wifi & Bluetooth use 2.4 Ghz. That's the problem
Windows is better for reliability because the same Bluetooth headphone works fine over the same 2.4 Ghz wifi on the same laptop with Windows dual boot.
I even tried multiple distros: Ubuntu 22.04, PoP Os, Fedora, OPen Suse TW
Laptop: Acer Extensa 15
Headphone: Realme Buds Wireless 3
I’ll go first, I took my mom’s college textbooks which came with discs for a couple distros and failed to install RHEL before managing to get Fedora Core 4 working. The first desktop environment I used was KDE and despite trying out a few others over the years I always come back to plasma. Due to being like 12, I wanted to...

8 bit era but with 3.5" floppy drive?

What is a product that you won’t accept a generic alternative for?
For example, if you insist on buying Advil instead of store brand ibuprofen. I mean, you’d be wasting your money in that example, but you do you
