Uhm… Publish claims the vaults are accessible yet a quick check of their published example vaults seems no focus styles on any of them. That’s why tool-led accessibility will always fail users.

    you know, not actively testing for (other than when there are interesting projects) means that I don't have to pay for replacing this that just took its last breath. It's one class of device that I will not miss.

    @ppatel I feel kinda bad cause my job bought me one and I only use it for Linux. Sometimes. When WSLG is sluggish as crap enough to annoy me. And then I'm more likely to go to the Mac and get that working.

    Me: Looks around to find where my calendar is I can arrow around.

    Outlook: Calendar document. Application. tab Date selector. Tab Selected date January 24. TAB Go to previous month December. TAB Go to next month february Tab January 2024 table, December 31.

    me: Oh thank goodness, there it is! In the old calendar app, it opened quick and landed in the calendar view where I could just arrow around the days. Like, it's almost enough to make me switch right to the Mac. Yeah it's buggy as crap with , but the bugs at least stay the same; just about everything stays the same. So you just get slapped in the same place all the time instead of it changing spots every few months.

    Okay now I'm mad. Doordash really messed up their stupid iOS app. Now I can't open the dialog to customize my Subway sandwich anymore! But meh, I'll just do it on the computer and deal with their weird scrolling viewport issues where the screen reader can't access the whole thing for some reason.

    Just spent the past 30 minutes or so seriously optimizing my edbrowse for reading the PureBasic forums, something I frequent. The site appears to be low/no JavaScript, and I was able to make function that allow me to be way quicker than in a standard browser. For example, I have a function to find the next topic, and through the magic of regular expressions I skip all page numbers and other links that clutter it that I just have to spam k to get past in Firefox, because the topics aren't headings. It's not for everyone, but man Edbrowse really boosts my productivity!
