lol this is me, about 14 years old for biology class. We had to grow seeds in light and dark conditions. For a 14 year old, the fact that plants grow faster in dark conditions is quite counterintuitive, so the teacher had an easy time to find out who falsified their data. Great experiment
Let me go against the grain here: I see a lot of people saying “we need a show like this, we need more of that”, but we don’t really need more Star Wars. We need good Star Wars, not more Star Wars.
Most people want the occasional movie and show about the central Star Wars story, not a multitude of spin-offs about not-Star Wars which happen to be set in the Star Wars universe. They should develop more original stories and settings. “Go out and make your own Star Wars” in the words of George Lucas.
The only problem is the central movies have turned out to be absolute dogshit under Disney.

I worked at 8 different companies as a contractor, so hopefully my sample size is big enough to be meaningful. I’d say it’s 50-50. The companies that don’t, usually know that they should but they need a little help. Companies that don’t do it and they think they don’t need it, are becoming more and more rare (fortunately).
Stick with it. If you’re a junior, don’t go evangelizing automated testing because it will fall on deaf ears until you’re a little more experienced. Keep practicing and offer to set things up if they haven’t already.
It’s an apt comparison. A good majority of young people want the destruction of Gaza to stop but the president won’t have it. What the hell are you talking about? The comparison is between the US college protest being like the Vietnam protest, not between the conflicts in Vietnam and Gaza which are nothing alike. This is a politically coming of age of a new generation of protesters, and the political establishment dug themselves into a position that these protesters will never accept. This may be Biden’s downfall because there’s no chance he’ll give up his full support of Israel and the occupation.

I hate it because I watch it but don’t enjoy it at all. It just wastes my time. It’s addictive but not in the good way like a video game that draws you in, but in the “help I can’t control myself” kind of way. FUCK THE ALGORITHM
Define too long. I like videos of up to 20 minutes. That’s long to some people. Occasionally I’ll enjoy longer videos but almost always I think to myself “you could have said the same in a much shorter video”. If you’re coming up on an hour or more, you should really look at that script again. And I won’t even open the 4 hours bullshit rambling videos.
