Does anybody have experience how long a new framework 13 with AMD (so DDR5) does take for the memory training on first boot?

Serious question: Has anyone ever figured out how to change the size of /boot so something that's sensible in 2023 in the guided partitioning of the Debian installer?
I'm failing in multiple attempts by now which is sad.

Yes I know about manual partitioning but that is not the question I am asking :)

PSA: Wer sich in Deutschland gerne den aktuellen COVID booster holen möchte aber nicht unter die Stiko Empfehlung fällt, sucht euch ne Apotheke, die impft.

Da scheint das mit der Abrechnung anders zu laufen (wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe) und ich wurde heute ohne Murren gegen Grippe und Covid geimpft. Hausarzt dagegen wollte nich 🤷‍♀️

I observe for a bit and gently push them to establish basic facts of their assumptions. I’m not even a party to the problem. Failure is interesting.

@SwiftOnSecurity excellent idea! I've tried to do that at multiple work places. Trying to give people a structural understanding of which concepts they need to follow to understand "this and related problems" and enable them to do it by themselves the next time. But that's the toughest area of pedagogy I feel. These concepts built after you did something hundreds of times, understand underlying concepts and make the right connections. It's hard to explain a mode of thinking.

    @isotopp Der Gedanke treibt mich auch um. Es wird in dieser ganzen DevOps Welt ziemlich auf Menschen die Infrastrukturbetrieb machen herunter geschaut. Gleichzeitig wird die Menge der Leute, die wirklich verstehen, wie die ganzen heavily layered Systeme jenseits der API Abstraktion funktionieren, immer weniger. Und wenn man sich das wissen selbst aneignen will, wird das auch immer schwieriger :/
