PSA: turn off Google Chrome’s “privacy sandbox” feature.

This only serves as a net benefit to advertisers, and Safari (https://github.com/WebKit/standards-positions/issues/111#issuecomment-1359609317) and Firefox (https://github.com/mozilla/standards-positions/issues/622#issuecomment-1372979100) do not have plans to support this.
