Not that I am a snob for follower counts, but I find it funny when I discuss Mastodon and the fediverse on my tiktok I get comments from people hating on Mastodon telling me I am on a platform with nobody there, when my own Mastodon has more followers than their own tiktok does.

I wish there was a sign I could jokingly put that said, "you must at least have 500 followers on Twitter and Tiktok to shit talk about Mastodon"

I'm happier here, and more of the InfoSec community is here :D

Successfully motivate @gregkh to queue a fix for a Bluetooth regression in 6.8.2 (Oops/NULL pointer dereference) within a few hours after being CCed on the report (https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=218651#c12). The problem thus should vanish with 6.8.3. 😄

(should note our email is through Microsoft 365 so… it’ll have to work with that.)

in addition to losing my great aunt, a friend of mine has also passed away suddenly. i am heartbroken. what a sad week. :(

two huge losses in the span of a few days. it’s tragic and sad, but at least heaven has gained two beautiful angels in the process. 🤍

i'm so devastated to share that heaven gained a beautiful angel tonight, as my Great Aunt Rose has sadly passed away. despite living in CA, both Gruncle Larry & Great Aunt Rose have always been there for me. i'm so grateful they both were able to make it out to see us in Summer 2019 -- the first time i had seen either of them since i was a baby -- a memory i will cherish for the rest of my life. Great Aunt Rose... rest in power, you wonderful human; i'll miss you lots. love you forever 🖤 -sladey

Have tweaked the adverts on the website, as the ones between articles were ridiculous and Google kept overwriting the sizing restriction placed on it, even after following their own guide <_<
