slazer2au,

Looks sketchy enough. No word on a android port by the Dev so I would back away from it.

slazer2au,

I’d say running the VPS as a proxy or nat64 setup would be the way to go. Cgnat kinda messes everything up.

slazer2au, (edited )

I say it is more the adverts themselves disrespecting our senses (radio adverts being louder than the station music or presenter, TV ads flashing colour) or adverts masquerading as regular content ^even^ ^with^ ^sponsored^ ^tags^

Edit And for internet ads, the sheer amount of personal data that is collected to build an advertising profile on you.

slazer2au,

Problem is you have limited trading windows as an employee with shares. Ours get held in escrow until a period passes then we can sell it.

slazer2au,

As with everything it depends. The judge can file but unless they can show they suffered loss because of the comment another judge would throw the case out due to lack of standing.

slazer2au,

Eh, close enough when spoken. but Seawright use to make sieves

slazer2au,

I would say it is worth a watch. I enjoy watching it once every couple years.

slazer2au,

Honestly at this point why are people shocked that Google is tracking them?

Everything you do and are is a data point for advertising.

slazer2au,

Governments have been data brokers since the Doomsday Book

slazer2au,

You would assume that AWS would run their own mirrors to prevent this but I guess something has gone wrong.

slazer2au,

The brilliance of dubbing Sean Bean with Sean Bean.

slazer2au,

You know, everything was ok right up until that last part of sticking it on a shelf.

Tylenol Murders ring a bell?

slazer2au,

Surely Lorne is running the SGC by now according to Mackays hologram when Shepard got flung into the far future.

slazer2au,

It depends on the who made it.

If your hard drives are encrypted then it doesn’t delete the data, it deletes the encryption key which makes the data effectively unrecoverable, while others will take the existing ones and zeros of data and turn them all into ones, then turn them all into zeros and repeat 3 or 4 times just to be sure.

slazer2au,

Honestly don’t feel bad. Regex is fuckwit of a thing to learn. I hate when I have to use it and need to lookup the docs every time.

slazer2au,

What do you mean children’s cartoon bond villain? Wasn’t taking over the water the plot in the second Daniel Craig Bond movie?

Is it theoretically possible for Windows 11 to delete pirated content on your PC?

I heard Windows 11 has been updated to take screenshots of your computer. Is it theoretically possible for them to delete content from your PC or external hard drives if they can determine that you have pirated content on them? Can they theoretically report you for it? I know it’s unlikely but is it still possible? I’m...

slazer2au,

While possible, I don’t thing MS would it opens too many problems for them.

Something to consider, say you had pirated content on your PC and you were in the middle of a lawsuit related to that pirated content, Microsoft then deletes that content from your PC as part of an automated system action. Did MS commit an act of evidence destruction?

slazer2au,

Well that’s what you get for using new. Switch back to old.

slazer2au,

Directly no. How would Adguard know the request is for Vaultwerden and suppress the 404?

As others have said, you will need a reverse proxy to make this work. The proxy will listen on port 80/443 and direct the request to the correct application based on path or domain name. Adguard and VW will need to listen on other ports.
