I’ve posted some controversial stuff, and I understand why I would be getting down voted for that. But I see some of my posts and comments are in the negatives for seemingly no reason at all? I don’t really care about the karma because I can’t see it anyway, but I’m worried that comments and posts here are gonna get...
Lemmy, with the right app, has got me right back into my doomscrolling habits so be careful about falling back into that hole (assuming you want to stay out. else, come on in, the water’s nice)
Infinity actually has the combo of features (settings) I want. I couldn’t replicate my Joey (reddit app) in Sync so I tried Infinity and it’s exactly what I was looking for
I’m looking for two main things, can anyone advise if any of these apps can do both of these things:
Can I swipe on post view to go to the next/prev post?
Does it track “read” posts and support hiding those posts?
For context I’m coming from Joey. Essentially, I’d like the post view or view with comments as my usual and I swipe to go to the next post. And when I go back to the list view of all posts, no “read” posts I’ve visited are there. And of course this carries through multiple sessions.
Is there an android client like this?
Edit: Infinity seems to work exactly how I want, after tweaking the settings a bit.
I was using that for a bit, before I got comfortable with Connect. I should try Jerboa again, it definitely has a"joey like"feel to it. Thanks for reminding me about it!
