Gerichte müssen sich aber an geltendes Recht halten, und wenn die Mehrheit der Wähler eine Haftstrafe befürwortet, ist es durchaus möglich, dass eine Mindeststrafe eingeführt wird, um dem Willen des Volkes zu entsprechen. Dafür werden Politiker eben gewählt - als Repräsentanten.

It’s a genetic trait, so if they kept breeding a twin-maker hen for efficiency alone (if you raise chicks, you get 2 for 1 effectively), that could mean that most of their stock are now laying dual yolks.
The two yolks together are like 30-50% larger than one regular one, so the nutrition facts are slightly changed since the amount of egg white is reduced.
Since most calories actually come from the yolk, I’d say it should be noticeable to some degree, if you really measure it.

That’s the Windows 95 lawsuit all over again. They forced internet explorer on people, got sued for creating & exploiting a monopoly, lost, and had to offer people the chance to remove it.
They claimed it’s integral part of the OS, and so were forced to un-integrate it.
I’m sure they will find a way to give users a choice to get rid of Edge, if they really wanted to were forced yet again.
I’d rather launder money through physical art, at least I can put that on my wall in the interim and don’t have to first find means to convert my illegally acquired cash into a digital currency.
Same for DBS bank, also in Singapore. Their app, which is mandatory to generate login & transaction approval OTPs, doesn’t even work on a stock OnePlus phone since it detects part of the OS as “modified”.
Since I have to use that bank for my company, I had to buy a separate phone that’s now sitting in my drawer 24/7 for that purpose alone.
I’ve escalated this all the way to their app developers and in the end they told me something about permissions to draw over other apps being enabled in the default launcher, which they consider to be “malicious”. So my options were to install a third party launcher and forcefully uninstall the default OnePlus launcher (via adb, since any other method would require root), or use a different phone altogether.
Now I’m using Nova Launcher anyway, but it had glitches every here and there where it would default back to the standard launcher, so uninstalling that was a risk I didn’t want to take.
For sideloaded apps I can understand the rationale at least, but a stock phone really shouldn’t have any issues with a genuinely downloaded app from google play.
