I think they mean when they’re in the office

Except the ones with two lanes that can both exit or continue

There are so many like this in the US. I don’t understand who thought they were a good idea or why they keep getting made

There’s a soft serve place near me that gives you huge servings. They’re not quite as big as in the picture, but if you get a large, you have to be very careful about it toppling over.

She’s incredibly out of touch when it comes to students protesting Israel’s attacks on Palestine, but she did literally (which isn’t the same as legally) win in 2016, and I think I’d much rather vote for her over Biden in the 2024 election.

Tomatoes and garlic, what else could you possibly need tbh

I don’t really care about my TV being 4K, but I like the extra desktop space on my PC.

Even without zooming in there’s the double speech bubble tails and a missing end quote

Garfield Minus Garfield was interesting because of the silly situations that came from the otherwise unmodified comics.

Maybe it’s just me, but changing the dialog so that it makes sense without Heathcliff being there feels like it kind of takes away from the whole gimmick.

I thought this was going to be about Netflix at first

I take it to mean it’s playing into a fascist’s insecurities; it’s only supposed to sound judgy if you’re insecure about being a strongman’s sub.

If you have the right TV, the right streaming box, and the right receiver (if you use one), HDR looks fine, but a lot of TVs either don’t support HDR or have a really terrible HDR implementation. And then a lot of streaming services either have bad non-HDR video streams or just take the TV claiming HDR at face value and don’t give you a way to turn it off.

I don’t think it’s fair to expect everyone to extensively research and buy high-end TVs just so they can (literally) see a movie or show.

Isn’t it weird how long it took phone makers to catch onto the use-case of the camera flash being a flashlight?

I don’t know about the heat aspect, but third party flashlight apps are just using the camera API without showing you a viewfinder or exposing shutter controls.

Even the built-in flashlight toggles on Android are still just creating a camera session and enabling the flash.

To block third party flashlight apps, manufacturers would have to block third party camera apps too, or add in some sort of global time limit for the flash.
