I am currently using the Xiaomi Mi 9T for the exact reason that it was one of the last phones to not have a hole in the display for the camera.
Yes, Xiaomi stopped giving it software updates, but you can install Lineage OS if you want to upgrade to newer Android versions.
Apart from that the phone still runs very smooth with everyday use and there is not much I am missing.

@taladar Ich fürchte, da überschätzt du den durchschnittlichen Unionswähler. Die Information, dass die Union an der aktuell miserablen Lage Schuld ist, ist da größtenteils nicht angekommen. Das Denken ist da eher ein "Die Ampel versaut alles. Unter Helmut Kohl ging es mir noch gut und das Leben war einfacher. Ich will die Union wieder".

    I was always fascinated by the Nokia N900, that has a flop out qwerty keyboard as well. Even years after Nokia stopped producing it, people still played around with it. I have even seen full Linux running on it.

    @Teali0 I so much feel your struggle! It is very often the same for me, sometimes the mood gets so bad that I question if skating is really a good hobby for me.
    One person on YouTube commented that it is most likely due to skating too unfrequently. I feel like that is partly true, at least for myself. I would love to spend much more time on skates, because it takes me quite a while during sessions to get to the same level of confidence I had last time. If I have less time in between sessions, this warm up phase is definitely shorter.
    On the other hand when I was skating everyday when I was 18/19 I did still get these mental breakdowns from time to time.

    @Cayenne05dingos If you like Point'n'Click adventure Games, I can recommend "DarkestVille Castle". Excellent jokes and humour, funny characters, cool drawings. The puzzles are sometimes super easy, other times really hard.

    Feature Request: upvote/downvote coloring?

    Came here from reddit. I can't tell if i have upvoted a post or not, as the coloring difference is very minor. This creates a frustrating experience on kbin. Can we get upvote/downvote coloring please. Not sure if i am posting in the right magazine. Thank you for reading.

    How do I see what magazines I'm subscribed to?

    I know how to see the THREADS that I'm subscribed to, but I haven't been able to find a list of subscriptions I have to check a magazine that I've forgotten the exact name of, or magazines that might be active but are getting crowded out by more active magazines, or inactive magazines that I want to just post to. Is this hidden somewhere?

    OC While you're waiting on a kbin app, you should know the mobile site is entirely functional as a mobile app. Just make a shortcut for your home screen

    Apps are always nice, but lots of mobile websites, including the kbin one, are entirely functional as an app. In your browser you can just make a shortcut to them, and they'll appear on your home screen and act as an app....

    @Rashnet Yeah, REN is definitely talented and the concept for this song and video is especially awesome. But somehow I do not like how YouTube keeps pushing me all of his videos since I watched this one single clip of him. I think his label might have some special marketing package on YT that keeps his content up.

    Kbin and Lemmy should come to a consensus on how to name stuff

    Is there really a reason, for example, for there to be the distinction of "magazine" and "community"? When you're federating, the same features should be called the same, if close enough. That way everyone can talk with everyone about stuff and we all immediately understand each other....
