Well this is straight up false - in fact his grandfather fought in the red army against the Nazis, and lost his siblings AND father in the Holocaust.

Nobody is arguing that the Nazi deserved any of the respect he was given, to the extent that it has become an international scandal that he was allowed in the building.

This is the really revealing part of your imperialist rant. You have decided that Ukraine is a “russian creation” that intrinsically belongs to them, rather than a sovereign nation that has a right to self determination. This is despite the fact that Russia is a signatory to the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances, which obligates Russia not to use military force or economic coercion against Ukraine, except in self defense or otherwise in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, in exchange for their giving up nuclear weapons.

Ukraine has not violated this agreement, nor been an aggressor against the Russian Federation.

As such, the Russo-Ukrainian war is an illegal war of aggression under international law, and the Russian Federation’s occupation of Crimea and the Donbas is illegal.

Russians are not “evil”. Putin, however, most certainly is, and he deserves to stand trial in front of the international criminal court.

Just leave Ukraine and the war ends. It’s that fucking easy. Get out.

Yeah, I remember your previous post. They were irritated at you secretly subverting security restrictions put in place by your company to use an unapproved OS on THEIR company machine and network without their permission. Not that it's "not ready". They were also warning you that you were treading in dangerous water, legally.

Now you're manipulating us by telling us it was just all about IT admins "not being ready" for Linux, not about it being a major security breach.

You have no rights on other people's machines and networks that you do not own unless explicitly granted. Period. The same would apply if you were to bring a Windows workstation into a Linux-based organization.

The creator of these comics is a Christian, with the message of them being a Christian message/allegory.

The message here is that if you disconnect yourself from God and try to live independent from God, you lose your purpose and/or are helpless to fulfill your “true purpose” (which, to a Christian, “true purpose” = serving/following God).

That said: I’d strongly suggest that people stop posting these comics and giving this guy attention. They’re meant for Christians and are not really relevant to people outside of that.

Well that 's it for me. I blocked Reddit on my PC with UBlock Origin, and the only time I would look at Reddit would be through RIF. I can only hope for an app so good for kbin and the Fediverse.
