So first Israel is a small county of 7 million people ubermensch and 7.5 million in apartheid divided into four castes. This is a ridiculously unsustainable system that needs external support to not collapse under its own weight. It's a very viable boycotting target. Meanwhile China is running a much more robust institution. Not moral, that's for sure, but a lot more able to support itself and therefore a lot harder to collapse or weaken externally.
