My local started this months ago. At self checkout they ask to see the photo on the back of your membership card to verify you're the same person. No secondary ID, and not sure what the point of that would be anyway. Counterfeit member cards?

I love fountain pens. They write better, feel better to use, give more pleasure.
But they also randomly get mold sometimes, especially when one foolishly buys a half-used bottle of ink and uses it without checking. Well, guess I'm pouring out this ink and spending the rest of the night cleaning the pen.
@dbooster I picked up a bottle of Phenol from an online art supply store to add to ink as a mold preventative. Just a few drops for smaller quantities, maybe 6 or 8 for larger bottles. Phenol has more recently fallen out of use in consumer products, but it has a long history of use in inks.

Adobe and Microsoft PDF printers retain some information. If you run it through ghostscript you'll get only the PostScript output. You can use a free utility like cutepdf to make it easy. Just install the latest gs release after installing cutepdf instead of the download they provide.
Didn't Intel in particular get hit especially hard by security flaws around protected memory we're the only possible mediation was to turn off certain optimizations that materially affected performance? Could that be part of the explanation?
This is the case where DC police filed suit, not the Jack Smith case everyone is watching where SCOTUS refused to expedite when asked to circumvent the appeals courts.

I'd rather see all these "poll" posts prohibited until we get closer to primary elections. It's annoying there seems to be at least one active post on any given day on such useless topics.
They're doing more than riding on apples services for free. They had to build and run a notification relay server to make this work.

IPO = Initial Public Offering, where shareholders offer to sell their shares to the public, shifting a company from a “private company” (it belongs to me, you, and that guy) to a “public company” (it belongs to anyone who pays enough for the shares)....
Firms planning for an IPO go quiet, ie stop releasing financial info etc, in the four weeks leading up to the IPO per SEC rules. The purpose is to give all prospective buyers an equal amount of time to research an equal amount of information. Sometimes the firm backs out or delays the IPO if buyers aren't satisfied, so going quiet leads to all sorts of speculation along the lines of "will they do it this time?" We've all seen this before with reddit. It feels like old news because it's not the first time, but it's the most recent time so here we are talking about it again.

The aggregate view sounds exactly like what I was silently hoping for one day. Exciting! Is there a way to use this test version via the PWA on my phone?
None of these peons should be making the national news regardless of their affiliation with some past administration. Not unless and until some larger pattern of behavior or cover-up by leaders is discovered. Otherwise it's nothing more than petty smear by affiliation. No disrespect to the victims, but they also shouldn't be exploited for political points, either.
Rooibos is a good option. You can get it all dolled up in a blend with fruits and flowers but it's fine straight up. It has an herbal, earthy taste, naturally only slightly sweet, and not astringent/bitter at all.
