I just watched Rebel Moon
Part 1: A Child of Fire on Netflix. Creative worlds, sets and aliens but one thought kept coming back to me as the story progressed.

This is "The Seven Samurai"/"Magnificent Seven" re-told in a SciFi framework.

Somebody please correct me if I'm mistaken.
