On KBin we have the ability to add tags to posts. These can either be directly added using the “pound” sign octothorpe, as in #KbinMeta. You can also add tags using the “Tags” field when creating an article, link, or photo. The second method will append the tags to the end of the post when the post is federated....
This is where LLMs like GPT should be applied. Parse a post and recommend tags based on the content, allow the user to just select which ones to use. This is how we leverage these models.
Like, you went through your day exhausted and want to finally make a decision to go to bed for yourself, but no you have to remember to connect the USB cable.
Yeah… I’ve taken to self boosting just to keep my reputation above zero even though I’m like 100 upvotes to 2 downvotes. Probably doesn’t matter but like… having negative rep really bugged me.
Right now the thing with boosts is unintended behavior, the only reason that it's not getting fixed yet is there are a lot more urgent things to be done, like preventing the servers from crashing and burning under the new load. I mean I'm not gonna tell you what you can or cannot do, but if you wanna support the protests, you should use an ad blocker when using reddit, that way they can't get ad revenue.
If social media addiction is the problem, you might wanna go outside.

If you expected someone's fledgling project that's just getting started to be as polished and refined as something that's had thousands of dev hours over the last 5-10 years then that's just bad expectations management. It will get better.

For me as an older user of reddit, and older overall lol, I'm enjoying it here better. Less bullshit to scroll through and so far people here seem more polite overall. When I first joined reddit I'd have likely joined here too. I had previously joined digg and a few others.

For my last interview, I used ChatGPT to help me train for it.
I uploaded the job announcement, description to ChatGPT, then asked it to be the hiring manager for that job and to ask me popular interview questions, and questions specifically related to the posted announcement.
It can take multiple prompting to get the flow right etc., but it gave me a chance to study and practice for the actual interview.
It seemed to have worked, as I had a job offer by the end of the week.

That he's becoming increasingly more catty and loose with the truth by the day speaks to the protest's effectiveness. Aside from the dropping engagement numbers, the daily deluge of negative press from major media outlets isn't doing their valuation any favors, and as the person responsible for this decision, he's feeling the heat more than anyone.
Also, if they weren't having any effect, he'd simply maintain the previous party line from before the protests about how the community is free to express itself and protest in any way it sees fit.
