The valves, lines, pumps, scrubbers, filters, etc are all so neat. I think protein skimmers are so incredibly cool- the science of all of this that supports your saltwater ecosystem is so fascinating
My pet snail Niles let me hold him for the first time last night! Previously he would sniff my hand and turn away, or try and get off my hand asap if I put him there. But last night he not only came to my hand, but spent at least ten minutes there before getting tired :) #snail#petsnail
