My daughter just quit her job that reduced her hours down to 8 a week.
Good for her.
I'm sure she'll find something else soon, or start selling her paintings. Either way, I'm glad she's done with that place.
If I was a bitter father, I'd wait two months, create an alias, and start a complaint campaign to corporate about their managers lack of any real managerial skills.
But, that's not me. (this time) I'd rather focus on the future and helping her move forward.
@HikerGeek We don't know 100% for sure, but all signs point in that direction.
She's starting community college this summer and they have access to testing which will help her get an official diagnosis as well as school accommodations.
She'll be taking an "Art Studio" class to see if community college is for her. I'm proud that she's doing this. She's facing her challenges and trying to meet them head on. So I'll do whatever I can to help.
