Recently started for my and I've been really grateful for the exercises.

Early in the exercises, but it's amazing how much knowledge these professionals have about mobility and how muscles/tendons should NOT be that tight.

Pain Neuroscience Education: Teaching People About Pain

Evidence shows that patients who better understand their pain and what pain truly is experience less pain, have less fear, move better, exercise more and can regain hope.
This physical therapy textbook explains how to teach your patients about pain and how to integrate pain neuroscience education into your practice.

ordinoides, to cycling

Since my truck broke down a few weeks ago, I've been riding my bike for 100% of local trips, about 100 miles per week.
Overall I'm very pleased with how my fitness for riding is improving, but there is one problem: my shoulders are killing me! It's not like the muscle soreness I got in my legs when I first increased my riding, it's been getting worse not better over time. I don't have any general loss of range of motion, but it feels hot and tingly all the time and I get stabbing pain at random times when I move my arms.
Someone I know suggested finding a physical therapist who understands cycling to advise me on riding posture and exercises I could do, and another person suggested getting a professional bike fitting, and another suggested I just need to raise my handlebars to get weight off my arms. Has anyone here dealt with this issue? What helped you?

exercises are done for the night but fell asleep next to me so I am going to let sleeping lie. LoL.

I guess I'll stay on the floor until she wakes up.

They go crazy when Penny has to hoist me up and down off the floor with the hoyer lift.

"Do you have any questions?"
Me: Will I be able to play piano?
[She thinks a minute} "Yeah, at some point."
Me: THAT'S AMAZING, I'VE NEVER PLAYED PIANO IN MY LIFE!

Yes, folks, after missing so many opportunities over the years, FINALLY I remembered to do this. I can die happy.

After I, along with my and , cat therapist helpers did my home exercises last night, we ended crashing and falling asleep for a couple hours on the floor. Sissy on my head & Little Bit, legs.

They think PT is cat play time and they have a ball doing it.

They won't let me skip a night of PT.

As the evening gets darker and PT hasn't started, Little Bit gets up on the coffee table being mischievous, and Sissy just stares me down.
