It’s Lola’s 13th birthday today!!! I adopted my little baby 13 years ago from a Pet Supermarket in Lakeland where I lived at the time. She’s been through so much with me along with many moves across Florida. I’m so glad I finally purchased a home for her to provide us stability after many struggles through adulthood. I’m truly excited that we have two more calls with our potential new LMS vendors to discuss terms of contract. Fingers crossed that we move away from our current Learning Management System in 2025. With advancement in technology and AI, we need a better platform for our learners. I’ve been attending webinars on top of my day-to-day the last two days with a prospective Learning Management System (LMS) and I’ve learned so much information in this time. I really hope we can get the buy-in and IT support for implementation next year with one of our top two recommendations.
