@DemocracyMattersALot Yes - we did it! Unfortunately has a seahorse shaped gerrymandered district that runs deeply red. If you look at his district…they voted No on both Issues! Thank you to some up and coming hopeful counties that are typically bright red, but voted Yes today ….Fairfield, Union, Delaware. It gives me hope.

    1/ Here’s a photo 🧵on today’s Main Street Car Free Day in Vancouver. It’s not, nor has ever been, the main street, but it’s long and straight and central. The turnout is huge, makes you think “why do we dedicate this space to cars anyhow?”

    These anti-democracy zealots are rejecting ballot language for a proposed amendment to the Ohio Constitution. Republicans are afraid that if there is a citizen-led, independent redistricting commission they will lose.
