WE ARE MOVING!!! Finally!!!

We were approved for a place yesterday and will make our way to our new home in Alberta in June!

Super excited to be close to family again and in a larger city. Sad to say goodbye to the beautiful west coast, though… our home for nearly a decade.

I cannot wait - a fresh start is desperately needed.

    @cliffwade Me? No. My oldest - so much hype. They loved the original so much and has been chomping at the bit since the sequel was announced. A lot of hype in my house!

    I believe they did. They definitely finished all of the main plot and TONS of the side quests. I don't know if they 100%'d the game, tho. But close.

    Tried something a little different for the photo shoot on Harv's Island. Decided for a retro feel.

    Like some of my other recent rooms, I designed the scene small. This scene is just Muffy and Raymond sitting in front of an old TV watching their stories.

    It turned out cute and Raymond in his little suit just fits for the old fashioned scene I'm setting up.

    Have ideas for ACNH scenes? Let me know. Love trying to make new ones.

    Been dealing with bad brain all this week and yesterday was fairly bad. Today, I'm feeling a little better, but now dealing with an earache and overall low energy.

    It's times like this that make it really hard to take on more freelance work (even though I really need to) because there are days where I cannot even function.

    They finally got to my joinmastodon submission and we're now listed on the official mastodon server list! Woot woot!

    We're in the gaming section for now alongside a couple other oddly placed servers, but that would only be until they add a better fitting category

    I'm also told we should deprecate the term "instance" and use the preferred "server" going forward.

    @cliffwade Yea, I mean, there's hurdles to overcome. After the Four Loko craze and...well, the problems that happened with that, some states have stricter laws about caffeinated alcoholic beverages. So, a little harder.

    @cliffwade Yea, when Four Loko got on the scene in the mid-2000s, it was a huge deal. Big controversies, etc with some states enacting targeted laws against it, some against caffeinated alcoholic beverages generally.

    So yea, Dew has some hurdles. I mean, it's made on behalf of Pepsi by the Boston Beer Company based in Massachusetts - but you can't buy them in MA.

    Me: She can do it without being nasally. We have years of stuff from (G)I-DLE, her with , her guesting on other people's tracks (ex. Hyo) where she doesn't do it and it's great. Like...did she just finish binging & thought - yes, I want this voice now.
