Czech brewery makes from moisture

The brewery has made 200 litres of beer using water harvested from the air.

The water-harvesting device (see picture) is developed by another Czech company, Karbox. It can harvest 30 litres per day.

Swung by with friends today to try a couple of their new beers.

On the left is: Celebleu - Hopped w/ Simcoe & Mosaic and dosed with Blue Cheese Terpenes - 7.2%

No it does not contain actual blue cheese, but had a really unique flavor I enjoyed. Untappd Rating: 4.1/5

On the right is: Mosaic Prime - All Mosaic hopped hazy IPA - 7%

Being all Mosaic it's definitely a one note hazy, and it was really good, but not amazing. Untappd Rating: 3.8/5

Travel day so a stop at in PHX for an Epicenter Amber Ale. Nice and light with malty notes and a crisp slightly fruity finish.
