Did some basic testing.

1. Curious about the abilities / limitations of the #fediverse software tools.

2. Found that media-focused* and aggregator** tools can post out to other tools, but can't follow them in return.

3. Non-media-focused** tools can follow basically anyone, but can't post to media-focused / aggregator apps.
