@MastodonEngineering@Gargron@renchap@Claire despite all the hype about full stack I have very rarely, if ever, bumped into someone who is truly good at frontend and backend frameworks and techs. I wonder if you should consider splitting those roles? (Not for me, I might add, but I’d struggle to come up with anyone I could honestly recommend for both).
@Setok the position is for a strong backend person, as I hope is clear in the description. But being a very small team (and no budget yet for anotjer hire) doing some frontend work will probably be needed. If we get enough donations I would be very happy to open up a frontend dev position
