@grumpygamer when they tested in the UK, I didn't get the alert either. There were about a million who didn't get the message. I think we came to the conclusion it's because those who don't get the alert are second class citizens, aka the meat shield against the nuclear detonation to save the elites.

@grumpygamer In our town, sirens are tested at 11 a.m. on the first Saturday of every month. I once remarked that this would be the best time for an invasion. They did not understand.
